CONDENSER FOR AIR CONDITIONING APPARATUS OF VEHICLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

The present invention provides a condenser for an air conditioning apparatus of a vehicle and a manufacturing method of the same, including: a pair of header pipes arranged separately from each other; a plurality of tubes which have both ends inserted into the pair of header pipes, and are stacked and arranged separately from each other as having an interval upward and downward; and a plurality of heat radiation fins arranged among the tubes. The tube, the header pipe and the heat radiation fin include a coating layer formed through a mixed composite solution of a Cr-based composite solution and a Zr-based composite solution after brazing respectively. Therefore, manufacturing costs can be reduced because a normal aluminum material instead of an expensive corrosion alloy is used in the tube. Because a zinc is not used in the tube, not only manufacturing costs but also productivity can be improved, and the thickness can be decreased to satisfy minimum internal pressure condition for preventing corrosion for each component of the condenser. Thus, quality and reliability of the product can be improved.
