Provided is a laminate sequentially including a thermoplastic resin impregnated continuous fiber surface layer, a thermoplastic resin layer, and a thermoplastic resin impregnated continuous carbon fiber middle layer. The continuous fiber is selected from a group consisting of carbon fibers, glass fibers, aramid fibers, and a combination thereof.
