The device has a direct reference system comprising a longitudinal axis parallel to insertion direction of a rectangular frame in an electronics cabinet. An extracting lever (4) is rotated between a rest position and a locking position. The extracting lever is fitted so as to allow application of force along the longitudinal axis between an electronic board, or the frame and a mounting rack. A locking lever (7) comprises an extension provided with a stop (19) for blocking an end (20) of the extracting lever in an intermediate position between rest and locking positions.
