PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for excellently magnetizing a plurality of permanent magnets embedded in a core and overlapping with an outer peripheral surface of the core.SOLUTION: A magnet material 50 is injected into an embedding hole 22 close to an outer peripheral surface 16 in the second place to an embedding hole 21, and injection molding is carried out to match the shape of the embedding hole 22. The magnet material 50 is magnetized with pieces of magnetic flux &phgr;0, &phgr;1. The embedding hole 22 is farther away from the outer peripheral surface 16 than the embedding hole 21, so an external magnetic fields leaks through a core 1 between the embedding holes 21 and 22, and the amount of the magnetic flux &phgr;0 passing through the embedding hole 22 is smaller than the amount of the magnetic flux &phgr;0 passing through the embedding hole 21. The magnetic flux &phgr;1 from a resin magnet 51 also decreases because of a "leakage" via the core 1 between the embedding holes 21 and 22 as the magnetic flux is farther away from the resin magnet 51. The magnetic flux &phgr;1, however, compensates for a decrease of the magnetic flux &phgr;0 although the compensation is not complete, and the magnet material 50 in the embedding hole 22 can be excellently magnetized. |
