<p>The present invention relates to novel biological surfactants isolated from yeast and uses as biological surfactants thereof. Biological surfactants of the present invention retain a strong surfactant effect, are capable of biodegradation, and safe to humans due to low toxicity. Also, biological surfactants of the present invention are capable of mass production due to culture of microorganisms, and thus they are environmentally friendly.</p> |
