PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time from preoperative planning to completion of an operation and realize low cost for the operation.SOLUTION: An operation support device 2 comprises: an image storage part 23 that stores a guide tool image 3A relating to a three-dimensional shape of an osteotomy guide tool for guiding osteotomy; an image acquisition part 24 that acquires a bone image G relating to the three-dimensional shape of a bone as an object of osteotomy; specification means (a CPU of a central control part 21) that specifies a virtual osteotomy surface in the acquired bone image; arrangement means (the CPU of the central control part) that repositions at least one of the bone image and the guide tool image so as to position the specified osteotomy surface in the bone image and the virtual osteotomy indication surface in the guide tool image on almost a same plane; and identification means (the CPU of the central control part) that identifies distance between each of multiple virtual one-surface contacting pins in the guide tool image and a virtual one surface in the bone image, and also identifies the distance between each of multiple virtual other-surface contacting pins in the guide tool image and the virtual other surface in the bone image. |
