A method for tracking the position of tumor changing according to physical activity includes a step of producing an object organ model and a peripheral organ model by using a medical image including the anatomical information of the peripheral organ of the object organ and the object organ where the tumor is located; a step of matching a real-time image including the object organ and the peripheral organ to the peripheral organ model; a step of matching the object organ model based on the matched peripheral organ model; and a step of tracing the position of the tumor based on the matched objet organ model.
