In order to reduce the accumulation of crystallization products near an inflow port where a fluid flows into a reaction container, this crystallizer, which controls the temperature and/or the pressure of a fluid and thereby crystallizes a material contained in the fluid, is equipped with: a reaction container into which a fluid flows and wherein the temperature and/or the pressure of the fluid is controlled; and a fluid-spraying means that sprays an accumulation-preventing fluid for the purpose of preventing crystallization products of the contained material from accumulating on the inner walls of the reaction container.
