PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation device which can generate power by easy temperature control and has excellent safety, and an on-vehicle energy regeneration device comprising the power generation device.SOLUTION: A power generation device 1 comprises: a frame shape member 4 composed of a first member 2 having a magnet 2a and a second member 3 having a soft magnetic material which are connected in a frame shape and are capable of being separated at least at a part of the frame shape member 4; a heating device 5 for increasing/decreasing temperature of the soft magnetic material; and a power extraction device 7 which has a coil 8 wound around the frame shape member 4 and extracts induced electromotive force generated by approach and/or alienation of both sides of the separated surface of the frame shape member 4 when the temperature of the soft magnetic material is increased/decreased by the heating device 5. |
