The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing a Rhodiola sachalinensis extract as an effective component. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention improves the condition of a skin basement membrane and the stem cell potential of skin cells for providing a skin regeneration effect. The pharmaceutical composition contains 0.001-30 wt% of Rhodiola sachalinensis extract for the total composition. |
