PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphorescent light-emitting material capable of having improved operation life in an organic light-emitting device (OLED).SOLUTION: A compound contains a metal complexed with a ligand having a substituted imidazole carbene represented by following formula (I), where a ring B is a five-membered heteroaromatic ring having at least one heteroatom selected from a group of N, O and S, a ring A is a five or six-membered carbocyclic ring or heterocyclic ring, and the ligand may bind to other ligand to form a tridentate, tetradentate, pentadentate or hexadentate ligand. |
