The invention relates to a device and corresponding method for producing three-dimensional components (18, 18') from fibre-reinforced thermoplastic material starting from impregnated fibre tapes (10), wherein the device has - a plurality of grippers (1, 1', 1"), arranged alongside one another, for gripping fibre tapes (10) impregnated with matrix material, wherein the grippers (1, 1', 1") can be displaced in a linear manner on mutually parallel paths in each case between a pick-up position (23) and a maximum position (24) such that the fibre tapes (10) can be tensioned between the grippers (1, 1', 1") and respectively associated transfer devices (2, 2', 2"), - a rotatable table (3, 3') on which the fibre tapes can be laid in a first and at least in one further layer (12, 13, 14), - a severing device which can sever the fibre tapes (10) close to the transfer device (2, 2', 2"), - a heating device (25) for heating the layers to 160°C to 400°C, - a first moulding tool (8, 8') and one or more further moulding tools (9, 9') which can be moved together such that they three-dimensionally form the layers (12, 13, 14), - and a transporting device which can transport the still hot layers (12, 13, 14) between the moulding tools (8, 8', 9, 9'). |
