PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method that permits a time-saving communication, in particular, to take place between a control unit and an operator and/or a patient located within an examination room during a preparation for a medical imaging examination and/or during the medical imaging examination.SOLUTION: The communication method includes the steps of: acquiring object data of objects positioned on a patient bed device 18 and/or of an operator 22 by an object data acquisition unit 24; transferring the acquired object data from the object data acquisition unit 24 to the control unit 30; obtaining information of the objects positioned on the patient bed device 18 and/or the operator 22 by the control unit 30 on the basis of the acquired object data; generating output information on the basis of the acquired information; and outputting the output information into an examination room 19.
