The present invention relates to a method of wet multi-layer plating on a guide roll applied to polarizing film manufacturing equipment. The wet multi-layer plating method comprises a preparation step of manufacturing a guide roll (10) using an extruded aluminum (Al) alloy (S10); a pretreatment step of repeatedly performing the washing treatment with surface treatment, electrolysis cleaning and etching on the guide roll (10) of the preparation step (S10) (S20); a non-electrolysis nickel plating and surface treating step of performing the non-electrolysis nickel plating and surface treating on the guide roll (10) of the pretreatment step (S20) (S30); a copper plating and surface treating step of performing copper plating and surface treating by dipping the guide roll (10) of the non-electrolysis nickel plating and surface treating step (S30) in a plating solution (S40); a chrome plating and washing step of performing light chrome plating (Cr) by dipping the guide roll (10) of the copper plating and surface treating step (S40) in a plating solution (S50); and an abrasion treating step of performing the abrasion treatment on the guide roll (10) of the chrome plating and washing step (S50) (S60). According to the present invention, the wet multi-layer plating method completely prevents the separation phenomenon of the plated layer by performing multi-layer plating of non-electrolysis nickel plating, copper plating, light chrome plating on the guide roll so as to prolong the lifetime and minimize the environmental loading materials, which is environmentally friendly, and has the effect capable of improving productivity and reduce the manufacturing costs by removing the failed product during the manufacturing process of polarizing films.
