PURPOSE: A resin composition for encapsulating material of a photovoltaic cell is provided to have excellent transparency, UV stability, high temperature stability, adhesion, and other physical properties, and to have excellent processability. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for encapsulating material of a photovoltaic cell comprises an ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer. The ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer has a melt index of 2-10 g/10 minutes. The content of vinylacetate is 15-35 wt%. The molecular weight distribution is 4-6. The weight average molecular weight is 80,000-100,000. The fraction with a weight molecular weight of 10,000 or less is 12-18 wt%. The fraction with a weight molecular weight of 100,000 or more is 22-30 wt%. The encapsulating material of a photovoltaic cell includes the resin composition. |
