The method envisages preparation of recipe components, peas blanching and straining, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, mixing the listed components (while heated) with melted fat, culinary salt and sodium glutamate to produce puree, smoked pork products cutting, the listed components packing, sealing and sterilisation. All the components are taken at a specified content ratio.EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured product adhesion to container walls. |
