<p>An online contest operating system, a method, and a medium recorded on a computer-readable program for executing the method are disclosed. The contest operating system comprises a contest-holding-details information input unit, a contest-holding-details information output unit, a participation-details information input unit, a participation-details information output unit, a voting information input unit, and a prize selection unit. The contest-holding-details information input unit inputs contest-holding-details information from a contest holder, and the contest-holding-details information output unit outputs the inputted contest-holding-details information. The participation-details information input unit inputs participation-details information from a participant, and the participation-details information output unit outputs the inputted participation-details information. The voting information input unit inputs voting information from a voter by selecting a portion of the outputted participation-details information, and the prize selection unit selects a prize from the participation-details information amongst the inputted voting information. As described above, since holding of a contest and selection of a prize are performed online, even regular people or small-scale self-employed persons can easily hold a personal contest. In addition, promotion of a contest and selection of a prize are easy, thereby enabling the simultaneous holding of a plurality of contests. Furthermore, the contest can quickly progress, and problems of suspicion of winner criteria of the organizers and fairness in selection can also be solved.</p> |
