PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner equipped with a dust-collector which exerts high dust-removing effects with less dust-removing operation.SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner comprises: an operation member 14 that is equipped on a dust collector 6 and is rotatable; a dust-removing member 13 that removes dust adhered to an upper filter 12; a connection member 34 that connects the operation member 14 and the dust-removing member 13; and an elastic body 36 that energizes the dust-removing member 13 toward the upper filter 12. On the connection member 34, a plurality of convex portions 37, which guide the dust-removing member 13 in a direction to space it from the upper filter 12 and has beveled surface, are arranged in a circumferential direction, and in the dust-removing member 13, protrusions 38, which abut against the convex portions 37, are formed, so that the dust-removing member 13 reciprocates in a substantially vertical direction against a downstream side face of the upper filter 12, by operating the operation member 14. In this configuration, interlocking with the rotating operation of the operation member 14, the dust-removing member 13 reciprocates in the direction to the upper filter 12 and applies repeated impacts to the upper filter 12, thus enhancing the dust-removing effects even with less rotating operation of the operation member 14 and increasing usability of the vacuum cleaner. |
