The invention relates to a passenger service unit 1 comprising a reading light 3 and a ventilation nozzle 2. The ventilation nozzle is pivotably mounted within a frame 4 wherein the frame is fixed to the passenger service unit. A ring shape-element 12 is arranged circumferentially around the ventilation nozzle and incorporates a plurality of light means 3 providing a light beam to the passenger. The light means are adjusted by an adjustment means 11 which effects a relative movement of the light means to the ring-shaped element. The ring-shaped element is immovable fixed to the frame.
