The present invention relates to a cooling module. A first bracket protruding to a shroud is formed in a header tank of a heat exchanger. In the shroud, a first connection boss unit, which protrudes in the width direction in order to be in contact with the inner surface of the first bracket and includes a hanging unit protruding in the longitudinal direction, is formed so that the end of the first bracket is hung. A first connection unit is inserted into a first insertion hole and a second insertion hole formed in the first bracket and the first connection boss unit in the longitudinal direction so that the first bracket is mounted on an accurate assembly position by the hanging unit. Therefore, the cooling module can improve assembly performance and prevent a core unit of the heat exchanger from being damaged as the shroud flows down.
