PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid resin composition that contains a polylactic acid, a polycarbonate resin and an elastomer, and allows a molded article having high durability to be formed.SOLUTION: A polylactic acid resin composition contains: ≥4 to <15 mass% of a polylactic acid; a polycarbonate resin; and ≥1 mass% of an elastomer that contains ≤15 ppm of Na, ≤15 ppm of K, and ≤13 ppm of S.
