PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the shortest distribution time for distribution servers as a whole when transmitting distribution data to a plurality of client terminals by the plurality of servers, by splitting a distribution list so that the respective distribution servers have approximately equal operation time, and distributing the data according to the split distribution lists.SOLUTION: A distribution control server 10 comprises a split distribution list creation section 132 that creates split distribution lists by splitting a distribution list for transmitting distribution data to client terminals on the basis of regional attribute information so that the same region is dispersed approximately evenly to a plurality of distribution servers and a communication processing section 14 that transmits the split distribution lists to the plurality of distribution servers, and the distribution control server 10 creates a plurality of split distribution lists. The plurality of distribution servers each comprise a communication processing section that receives a split distribution list to be handled by the corresponding distribution server from the distribution control server 10 and transmits the distribution data to the client terminals according to the received split distribution list. |
