<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning apparatus capable of stably spinning a fiber having a small and uniform fiber diameter, and to provide an apparatus for producing a nonwoven fabric, a method for producing the nonwoven fabric and the nonwoven fabric. <P>SOLUTION: The spinning apparatus includes one or more of liquid-extruding parts capable of extruding spinning liquids of heated and melted polymers, and one of a gas-ejecting part positioned at the upstream side from each of the liquid-extruding parts, and capable of ejecting a heated gas. The apparatus for producing the nonwoven fabric is equipped with a fiber collector in addition to the spinning apparatus.
