摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a zeolite inorganic membrane filter for gas separation having pores with a size of 3 angstrom in a substrate comprising: a contact step for making potassium silicate (K_2SiO_3) in a liquid state and potassium aluminate (KAlO_2) in a liquid state come in contact with both surfaces of a substrate composed of ceramic separately; an infiltration step for infiltrating the potassium silicate in a liquid state and potassium aluminate in a liquid state coming in contact with both surfaces of the substrate composed of ceramic into the substrate from the surface of the substrate; a step for forming amorphous crystals of potassium aluminosilicate by making the potassium silicate and the potassium aluminate infiltrated into the substrate react; a heating step for growing crystals by heating the amorphous crystals of potassium aluminosilicate; a washing step for removing by-products or remaining unreacted potassium silicate or potassium aluminate except amorphous potassium aluminosilicate generated in the substrate; and a drying step for removing moisture included in the substrate.
