The present invention relates to a reinforcing-repairing composite fiber tube of water pipe and sewage pipe. The reinforcing-repairing composite fiber tube (10) comprises: a tube shaped reinforcing composite fiber (60); polyehtylene (PE) in the inside of the tube shaped reinforcing composite fiber; polyethylen terephthalate (PET); polyurethane (Pu); a coating film (20) which is treated with at least one of polyethylene (M-PE) which is manufactured by having metallocene as a catalyst with a thermosetting method. The reinforcing-repairing composite fiber tube (10) in the present invention prevents a generation of a crack in the a water pipe or a sewage pipe, and prevents a spread of existing crack by having a hybrid material property; thereby preventing a leakage of water supply and sewage water which flows through the inside of the pipe; and penetration of the subsurface water; thereby improving a reliability as a reinforcing-repairing material of pipe way or pipe; and extending a life of pipe way or pipe.
