摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a conductive polymer compound capable of being melt-molded is provided to make a stereophonic antenna patterning work convenient by producing extrude materials in a chip shape. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a conductive polymer compound capable of being melt-molded comprises: a step of processing resin into a powder form; a step of preparing a copper, tin and zinc powder; a step of mixing the resin powder and the metal powder; a step of extruding a polymer compound material from the powder mixture by using a twin screw extruder; a step of air-cooling the polymer compound material; a step of cutting the cooled polymer compound material into a chip shape; and a step of packing the chip. The mixture of the resin powder and the metal powder comprises 10-28% of the resin powder, 45-63% of the copper, 25-43% of the tin, and 2-20% of the zinc. The mixing of the resin powder and the metal powder comprises a first hand-mixing and a second mixing using a tumbler for 30 minutes or more.
