PURPOSE: A UI(User Interface) page composition method and a system thereof are provided to prevent registration of the same spam advertisement of which ID is different by not registering the same or similar contents in a contents registration window corresponding to blind or blocking request of a manager. CONSTITUTION: An arrangement unit(110) arranges contents registration windows in an input activation state and an input deactivation state in a specific position of a UI page. A content registration unit(120) registers contents inputted to a window of the input activation state by matching the contents with a contents registration window. A display control unit(130) displays the contents by including the contents in the content registration window. A state conversion unit(140) converts the contents registration window into the input deactivation state. The state conversion unit individually converts windows of the input deactivation state into the input activation state at predetermined time.
