DISC FOR BUTTERFLY VALVE AND BUTTERFLY VALVE HAVING THE DISC

The present invention relates to a disc for a butterfly valve and the butterfly valve including the same. The disc is installed in a valve body of the butterfly valve and opens and closes a flow path of the valve body by being located by a driving shaft. The disc includes a shaft connection unit connected to the driving shaft by enabling the driving shaft to pass through the inside; a base wherein a concave groove unit is formed on the front surface; a disc honeycomb unit in which a honeycomb structure is installed; and a cover ring attaching the disc honeycomb unit to the base. The disc honey comb unit is attached to the inside of the concave groove unit and has the shape of the disc of which the center is convex. The cover ring has the shape of a ring and is connected to the edge of the frame around the disc honeycomb unit to be detached. The butterfly valve includes a honeycomb reinforcing member so that it has the light weight. The thickness of the butterfly valve is thin so that it is rapidly operated and widely used. The butterfly valve also has the assembly shape so that a malfunctioning component is independently replaced. Therefore, the butterfly valve is easily maintained and has excellent structural stability by having the reinforcing member.
