PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-receiving sheet used for a metal chelate dye image recording method by which an excellent image can be obtained even if the wax is used for a receiving layer, and a thermal recording method that uses an image-receiving sheet and a thermal transfer sheet.SOLUTION: An image-receiving sheet 40 contains a base 1, a receiving layer 2 formed on the base and a protective layer 3 formed on the receiving layer, wherein the receiving layer includes either of one wax among the wax that includes the metal salt of divalent, and the carboxylic acid amide bonding, the wax including the urethane bonding, or the wax including the urea bonding. |
