PURPOSE: A film recording a code and an electronic device comprising a display device with the film are provided to print a code pattern on a side of a transparent material and connect a screen when the code pattern is attached to a surface of a display unit, thereby enabling the electronic device to recognize the code. CONSTITUTION: A first fluorescent material is coated on a film layer (210). When the light having a first wavelength is irradiated from a light emitting unit (110) of a reader (100), the light having a second wavelength is irradiated. A second fluorescent material displays a code on the first fluorescent material and absorbs the light having the second wavelength. The light having the first wavelength is an ultraviolet ray. The light having the second wavelength is an infrared ray. A protective layer (250) is connected to an upper part of the film layer and protects the code displayed by the second fluorescent material.
