PURPOSE:To surely absorb vibration over a wide range of frequency by making a sufficient amount of liquid flow through a limiting passage at vibration of low-frequency and large-amplitude and surely vibrating a diaphragm at vibration of high-frequency. CONSTITUTION:A pressure liquid chamber 78 is made to communicate to an auxiliary liquid chamber 68 through a limiting passage 72, and the inside is filled with a liquid 84. A diaphragm 36 supported by an elastic supporting body 34 is provided as a part of a partition wall of the liquid chamber 78. On the side of the diaphragm 36 opposite to the pressure liquid chamber 78, a motor 70 is provided. A female screw 90A is formed at a rotor 90 to be screwed with a male screw 92A of a shaft 92, and the upper end of the shaft 92 is fixed to the diaphragm 36. At input of vibration with low-frequency and large-amplitude, the liquid 84 in the pressure liquid chamber 78 flows back and forth to the auxiliary liquid chamber through the limiting passage 72, and low-frequency vibration such as shake vibration is absorbed receiving passage resistance. At input of high-frequency vibration, the rotor 90 of the motor 70 is rotated, the inner pressure in the pressure liquid chamber 78 is prevented from rising, and rise of a dynamic spring constant of a vibration-proof device is restrained. |
