PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor element that, even when manufactured in the RTR method or the RTS method, makes an organic semiconductor layer less likely to be damaged and allows the organic semiconductor layer to be properly formed, and to provide a method for manufacturing the organic semiconductor element.SOLUTION: An organic semiconductor element 10 has a first electrode layer 12, an organic semiconductor layer 13, and a second electrode layer 14, formed in that order on a belt-like flexible support 11. At least one of the belt-like flexible support 11 and the first electrode layer 12 has: at least two first insulating layers 15 that are formed along a longitudinal direction of the belt-like flexible support 11; and at least one second insulating layer 16 that is formed between the insulating layers 15 along the longitudinal direction and that is smaller in height than the first insulating layers 15. |
