摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast furnace tuyere part filler sealing structure which can seal a filler filled around a tuyere part, a sealing method, and a blast furnace tuyere part structure by which construction is easy and gas leak is hard to occur.SOLUTION: A blast furnace tuyere part filler sealing structure is applied to a blast furnace tuyere part including: a tuyere part metallic material 16 which protrudes from a steel shell 11 to the in-furnace side; a stave cooler 12 which extends along the interior side of the steel shell 11 and surrounds the tuyere part metallic material 16; and a castable 15 which is filled in a gap between the tuyere part metallic material 16 and the stave cooler 12, wherein outflow of the castable 15 which is filled in the gap to the in-furnace side is prevented. The blast furnace tuyere part filler sealing structure includes a flexible seal body 17 which continues from the tuyere part metallic material 16 to the stave cooler 12 over the whole circumference of the tuyere part metallic material 16, and reinforcement bodies 124 and 164 which are arranged along the in-furnace side surface of the seal body 17 and are fixed to at least any of the tuyere part metallic material 16 and the stave cooler 12.
