<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption in an image formation device which receives an information transmission request via a communication line. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 30 processes image data included in a received image formation instruction in accordance with the image formation instruction using an operation region formed in a RAM 302. A content of processing applied to each image data is stored as a history information in an external memory part 34 in which an operation state and a power saving state are set corresponding to the operating state of an image output part 33 which forms an image on a paper based on the processed image data.
