PURPOSE: A welded large diameter steel pipe measurement device is provided to conveniently and accurately measure the straightness, length, roundness, and diameter of a welded large diameter steel pipe by using a measuring sensor of a straightness and length measuring unit or a measuring sensor of a diameter measuring unit. CONSTITUTION: A welded large diameter steel pipe measurement device comprises a welded large diameter steel pipe measuring unit (M1) and a roundness and diameter measuring unit (M2). The straightness and length measuring unit is equipped with a loading and transferring unit which loads a welded large diameter steel pipe as a measured object on the upper parts of multiple transferring rollers (120), and moves the welded large diameter steel pipe side to side; and with a measuring unit which measures the straightness and length of the welded large diameter steel pipe by using multiple measuring sensors which are provided on a measuring stand (260) installed on a lifting frame to move the measuring unit side to side on a lifting frame. The roundness and diameter measuring unit is placed on one side of the straightness and length measuring unit, and measures the roundness and diameter of the welded large diameter steel pipe by using multiple measuring sensors which are provided on an outer ring of a slew bearing which is rotatably installed on a measuring plate. |
