A method for surgical treatment of posttraumatic tent-like nail deformation comprises bilateral block-shaped cuticle ectomy. At posttraumatic tent-like nail deformation sequentially after bilateral block-shaped cuticle ectomy with Kanavel flap formation the onychectomy and front matrix ectomy are performed with the closure of the nail bed defect with skin fragment of fingers. |
