The arrangement has summation circuits detecting electrode voltages as classes representing voltages for classes to be trained. The summation circuits checks the electrode voltages during checking of a class affiliation with the electrode voltages for class association in a minimum voltage. The classes representing voltages are obtained by an optimization method. Resistance networks perform summation of the electrode voltages. A number of electrochemical ionsensitive electrodes (2), a material of the electrodes and an electronic minimal configuration are subjected to the optimization method. An independent claim is also included for a method for an electrochemical electrode composite according to Nernst for measuring arbitrary electrolytes.
