PURPOSE: A safety switch for an elevator is provided to improve coupling force between a case and a case cover and to improve watertightness by forming a packing groove on a packing to serve as air cushion. CONSTITUTION: A safety switch for an elevator comprises an actuating lever part(D), a case(10), a case cover(27), a terminal part(A), a line introducing part(C), and multiple packing structures. The actuating lever part operates the short circuit of a terminal(11). The case cover covers the case. The terminal part is formed inside the case. A power line is introduced into the line introducing part. The case has an opening part(1). A terminal slit(14) and the terminal are coupled in the terminal part. The terminal is not separated from the terminal slit by vibration or friction if the terminal is fitted in the terminal slit. |
