PURPOSE: A center control type and a method thereof are provided to implement the system configuration of low price by using a plurality of charging posts including a simplified function. CONSTITUTION: A charging post(100) is connected to a vehicle and transmits and receives various information related to the main charging stand by using the power of a main charging stand(200). The main charging stand authenticates a user through an upper authentication server according to a charging control signal of a user. When user authentication is approved, the main charging stand supplies power to a vehicle by controlling the corresponding charging post. The main charging stand blocks the power by controlling the corresponding charging post according to a control signal when the user authentication is approved.
