PURPOSE: A kit and a method for diagnosing skin aging are provided to sensitively and quickly diagnose a degree of skin aging using a diagnosis marker. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing skin aging contains: a RAI16(AK001987)polynucleotide, a polynucleotide containing 10 or more serial nucleotides as a fragment thereof, or a complementary polynucleotide thereof; and a solid support.
