An arithmetic processing section of a determination processing device in the facility diagnosis system is supplied with sample image data after wavelet transformation and reference data and supplied with a threshold value A and a threshold value B required for a determination, executes determination processing to determine whether collected sounds indicate abnormality by comparing an absolute value of a difference between integration values of the sample image data and the reference image data with the threshold value A and comparing a counted number in the case where the absolute value of the difference is greater than the threshold value A, with the threshold value B, and supplies a result of the determination to an output device. |
