PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a vehicle partition panel is provided to reduce the number of the entire processes and to reduce the cycle time thereof, thereby reducing prime costs. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a vehicle partition panel comprises the following steps: preparing at least one first panel material and second panel material by cutting each of first and second aluminum-based plate materials with the different thicknesses from each other into each required size (S110); bonding the abutment portion by a friction stir welding (FSW) after making a first panel material and a second panel material abut against each other (S120); and molding the bonded first and second panel materials into a partition panel shape (S130). In the step of bonding by the friction stir welding, a welding pin is brought into the abutment portion of the first and second panel materials. After the first and second panel materials are weakened and stirred, the welding pin is separated from the abutment portion of the first and second panel materials.
