<p>The present invention relates to a vehicle headrest comprising: a raising support installed on the top end of a seat backrest to enable a raising movement; a first bar fixed to the raising support and extending in a widthwise direction; a moving frame installed on the first bar so as to be capable of rotational movement around the perimeter of the first bar; a main body surrounding the moving frame and moving together with the moving frame; an automatic power transmitting unit installed inside the main body and driving the rotational movement of the moving frame with respect to the first bar; and a manual control unit coupled to the moving frame to be capable of moving along the first bar in a lengthwise direction. The automatic power transmitting unit includes: a fixed gear installed to not rotate on the first bar; a first motor fixed and installed inside the main body; and a worm driven by the first motor and engaged with the fixed gear. The manual control unit is configured to move the fixed gear along the lengthwise direction of the first bar. According to this configuration, a push button of the manual control unit is pressed to push the fixed gear and separate the fixed gear from the worm, so that a passenger can easily perform manual control even with little exertion.</p>
