PURPOSE: An optical sensor, a display device including the same, and a method thereof are provided to prevent the malfunction of the optical sensor, thereby providing the accurate contact information. CONSTITUTION: A sensing switch element (Qs) includes an output terminal connected with a sensing signal line, a control terminal connected with a first gate line, and an input terminal connected to a first contact point. A sensing element (Qp) includes an output terminal connected to the first contact point, a control terminal which is connected to a second gate line located at the rear end of the first gate line, and an input terminal connected to a source voltage line, and senses light. A reset switching element (Qr) includes an output terminal connected to the first contact point, a control terminal connected to the second gate line, and an input terminal connected to an operation voltage line. |
