PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polyester composition which is free from harmful halogen and phosphor compounds, has excellent flame retardancy, and is excellent in melt moldability.SOLUTION: A polyester compound includes: a polyester composed of at least one repeating unit selected from the group consisting of ethylene terephthalate, ethylene-2,6-naphthalate, trimethylene terephthalate, trimethylene-2,6-naphthalate, tetramethylene terephthalate and tetramethylene-2,6-naphthalate; and a benzotriazol compound. The compound contains 0.2-20 wt.% of the benzotriazol compound. |
