PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utility cost prediction system capable of arbitrarily setting target utility costs and proposing a renovation menu capable of attaining the target utility costs.SOLUTION: A utility cost prediction system 1 predicts utility costs after the renovation of a building. The utility cost prediction system 1 includes: target utility cost setting means 21; sunlight prediction means 31 for calculating the reduction in utility costs reduced by photovoltaic power generation; renovation menu selection means 23 for selecting a facility affecting the increase/decrease in the utility costs or a facility to be changed before and after the renovation; consumption prediction means 32 for calculating the utility costs after the renovation; comparison means 33 for comparing predicted utility costs with target utility costs; and output means 4 for outputting the predicted utility costs. |
