PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a speaker diaphragm in which pulp, paper mulberry, and charcoal are added is provided to prevent the generation of gas and to have excellent strength and air permeability by increasing the coupling force of a porous structure. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a speaker diaphragm is as follows. Materials to be mixed such as paper mulberry and pulp are prepared (S1). Ambient temperature water, the paper mulberry, and the pulp are put into a beating machine and are dissociated to form a pulp mixture (S2). An upper beating blade of the beating machine is descended to a lower beating blade to beat the pulp mixture with the mixing work of the upper and lower beating blades (S3). Red clay, biotite, and a fixing agent are diluted with the ambient temperature water and then are mixed with the pulp mixture (S4). Resin and charcoal powder are diluted with the ambient temperature water and is mixed with the pulp mixture (S5). Aluminum sulfate is diluted with the ambient temperature water and is mixed with the pulp mixture (S6). The aluminum sulfate-mixed mixture is naturally dehydrated (S7). The naturally dehydrated mixture and a foaming agent are put into an agitator while agitating (S8). The completely mixed materials are stored in a sealed container. The materials are put into a pulp tank and are foamed at a foaming temperature to form a speaker diaphragm body. A transparent lacquer for wood is impregnated on the speaker diaphragm body and is dried naturally. After the transparent lacquer for wood is completely dried, the speaker diaphragm body is cut.
