<p>A light emitting diode lamp and a method of fabricating the same are provided to improve light emitting intensity by preventing the loss of the emitted light which is brought into the LED again. A first lead(21a) has a cup unit(23) and a leg which is extended from the cup unit. A second lead(21b) is separated from the first lead. An LED(25) is mounted within the cup unit of the first lead. A bonding wire connects the LED and the second lead. A first hardening resin covers the LED. A second hardening resin(33) containing a phosphor covers the first hardening resin. Sealing resin(35) seals off the first and the second hardened resin, a part of the second lead, and the cup unit of the first lead.</p> |
