PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle charge control system, a vehicle charge control method and a vehicle charge control program that enable performance of charging, considering in particular deterioration of fuel of an internal combustion engine in vehicle internal environments.SOLUTION: A vehicle charge control system 1 includes: a traveling pattern estimation part 51a that estimates a future vehicle traveling pattern on the basis of a past vehicle traveling pattern enabling traveling by switching a driving force of an internal combustion engine and a driving force of an electric motor; a fuel consumption plan preparation part 51b that prepares a future fuel consumption plan in a vehicle on the basis of the estimated future traveling pattern and remaining fuel amount and fuel economy of the vehicle, so that the remaining fuel amount is completely consumed before deterioration of the fuel; and a charge amount control part 51c that controls a charge amount when a battery mounted to the vehicle to supply electric power to the electric motor is charged from an external power source of the vehicle, on the basis of the prepared future fuel consumption plan. |
