PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing polyacrylonitrile precursor fiber for carbon fiber and a device for the same are provided to reduce the reaction time when polymerizing acrylonitrile (AN), methyl acrylate (MA), and itaconic acid (ITA) and thus to improve the productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing polyacrylonitrile precursor fiber for carbon fiber comprises the steps of: supplying AN to be spread in the shape of tubes connected at both ends thereof, spraying MA and ITA to the spread AN to be polymerized, and applying vibration energy to a space where the AN, MA, and ITA are being polymerized in order to kept the polymerizing liquid flexible. |
